Terms of Service

1. The service
Carousel My Brand ("the service"), operated by Next Door Creations, turns pages from your website into ready-to-post social media carousels using your brand's colors, logo and content. A free preview lets anyone generate one carousel from a single page URL; previews are view-only and cannot be downloaded.
2. Subscription
A paid plan costs $29 per month and includes up to 10 carousels per billing period, editing, caption and hashtag generation, and PNG/ZIP downloads. Billing renews automatically each month through our payment provider, Stripe.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account page — no emails, no phone calls. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the month you've already paid for. After that, your account returns to free-preview mode: carousels you've already made stay visible in your account, but editing and downloading require an active plan. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
4. Your content
You confirm that you own or have permission to use the websites, text, images and logos you scan or upload. Everything in your generated carousels — your words, images and brand assets — remains yours. You may use your exported carousels anywhere, for any purpose.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to scan websites you don't own or control, to create misleading or unlawful content, or to abuse or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. AI-generated content
Carousel copy is generated by AI from the content of the page you provide. Review your carousels before posting — you're responsible for the accuracy of what you publish.
7. Availability and liability
We work hard to keep the service running smoothly, but it's provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Next Door Creations is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the three months before a claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we'll note it here with a new date. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
