1. What we collect
Account details: your email address and password when you sign up. Billing: payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number, only your plan status and renewal dates. Your content: the page URLs you scan, the brand details and images extracted from them, logos you upload, and the carousels you create. Usage analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site (pages visited, previews started and completed). This is collected in aggregate and isn't tied to your identity.
2. How we use it
To run the service: scan your pages, generate your carousels, save your brand kit, track your monthly usage, and manage your subscription. We also use it to fix bugs, understand which features are used, and respond to support requests. We don't sell your information or use your content to advertise to you.
3. Who we share it with
Only the services needed to operate Carousel My Brand: Stripe (payments), Google Analytics (usage statistics), and our hosting and database providers. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.
4. How long we keep it
Your account, brand kit and carousels are kept while your account exists — including after a subscription ends, so you can come back and view past carousels. You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it at any time.
5. Your choices
You can update your brand assets and carousels in your account at any time. To request a copy of your data or deletion of your account, email us.
6. Security
Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never stored in plain text. Access to your saved content is restricted to your account.
7. Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
